You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@weviber.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with returning the item. Provide your order number, details of the defective product, and any relevant photos or videos that help illustrate the issue.

 Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund process:

Once the refund has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.

Manufacturing Defects:

A manufacturing defect is defined as a flaw or imperfection in the product that occurs during the manufacturing process and affects its performance, functionality, or safety. Provide detailed information about the defect, including photographs if possible, to help us assess the situation accurately.

Customer Remorse:

If you have a change of heart or experience buyer’s remorse after making a purchase, you may still be eligible to return the item under certain conditions The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Order Cancellation:

If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, you can cancel it free of charge. Please note that orders are typically processed quickly
